On 21st November 2004, the first Seminar was inaugurated by Honorable
Dr. Ramjee Singh, vice- president, Central Council of Homoeopathy (Govt. of India), and Honorable
Dr. Mahendra Singh, President, Homoeopathic Medical Association of India was the chief guest and
Dr. Prabir Kumar Moitra, Registrar, Council of Homoeopathic Medicine of West Bengal was present as the special guest and other dignitaries,
Dr. Ramjee Dubey, Principal M. H. Medical College & hospital, Muzaffarpur, Bihar &
Dr. P.Y. Kulkarni, Member Central council of Homoeopathy (Govt. of India) were also present. The seminar were attended by 75 Homoeopathic Specialists from all over the country.
